I have passed the 3 week mark and I am getting discouraged, I have now gained 3lbs.! WTF? How can this be happening? My personal trainer...AKA Killer...AKA Jamie has assured me this is because I am gaining more muscle mass. I do believe her but I still feel those little numbers on the scale should be going in the opposite direction.
Dieting is not my forte but, I think I have done pretty well not eating as many carbs as I was before. I guess I should cut the soda too. Aside from dieting, I am heading to the gym on my own to get in more cardio.
Goal: I WILL FIT INTO MY WEDDING DRESS BY SEPTEMBER!!!
