My First DIY

Over the weekend I finally was able to finish my Trunk turned Bench. It would have been done over a week ago if the rain hadn't kept my stain from drying for 4 whole days.

This was my inspiration and the instructions I followed.

I white washed it and then distressed parts to allow the dark color of the wood to come through.

Yea I am pretty proud of myself! I can't wait to start on the next piece!!! Our bedroom is going to look amazing when I am done! Updates to come as we move along!
